These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, applications, software, integrations, and technology services provided by ROYAL TECH LLC ("Royal Tech", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using an applicable Royal Tech service, you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements with clients may contain additional or different terms.

1. Our Services

Royal Tech provides technology services that may include software development, websites, mobile applications, system and API integrations, automation, cloud solutions, technical consulting, maintenance, and related services.

2. Accounts and Access

Where an account is required, users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of a service.
• Do not abuse third-party APIs, platforms, or integrations.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Some services may integrate with third-party products such as Meta platforms, cloud providers, payment providers, or other APIs. Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, Royal Tech and its licensors retain rights in our pre-existing software, frameworks, tools, trademarks, designs, documentation, and other intellectual property.

6. Client and User Content

Users and clients retain their rights in information and content they lawfully provide to us. They grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, or otherwise use such content solely as required to provide and support the applicable service.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, maintain, modify, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services provided without a separate warranty are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of a service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to material violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, non-payment under an applicable agreement, or requirements imposed by law or third-party platforms.
