User Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
ROYAL TECH LLC ("Royal Tech") allows users to request deletion of personal information associated with services we operate, subject to applicable legal, security, contractual, and record-retention requirements.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@royal-tech.iq.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Provide the email address or account identifier associated with the relevant Royal Tech service.
- Identify the application or service concerned, if applicable.
- Do not send passwords or other sensitive authentication credentials.
We may contact you to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to make the request.
Meta / Facebook Data Deletion
If you used a Royal Tech service through Facebook Login or another Meta integration, you may request deletion of data received and stored by us in connection with that integration by following the instructions above.
Please identify the relevant application or integration in your request so we can locate the applicable records.
Where Meta provides controls to remove an application or revoke its permissions, you may also use those controls. Revoking platform access does not necessarily delete information that was previously and lawfully stored by our systems, so you should submit a deletion request if you also want stored information deleted.
What Happens After a Request
After verifying a valid request, we will identify the applicable personal information and delete or anonymize it where required and reasonably possible.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain security or audit records, establish or defend legal claims, complete contractual or accounting obligations, or preserve information we are legally permitted or required to retain.
Client-Managed Services
In some cases, Royal Tech develops or operates software on behalf of another business or organization. If that organization controls the relevant personal data, we may direct your request to the appropriate client or assist the client in processing it, as applicable.
